Kaycom has been awarded a Canadian Military Government contract valued at $2.2 million for the supply of 12K Lithium Sulphur Dioxide battery packs designed, developed and sold uder the Kaycom product brand. These batteries are in support of the Light Assault Radio (LAR), the smallest radio in the Canadian Army communication inventory.

Kaycom has been awarded a Canadian Military Government contract valued at $1 million for the supply and training of 60 NEPS Desiccator Systems to support depot workshops and field applications.

The Nitrogen Enhanced Purging Systems (NEPS) Desiccator Systems are supplied by Brownell Ltd of the UK. Brownell provides a comprehensive range of products for preventing the problems caused by condensation, humidity and over pressure.

February 8th, 2009:

Kaycom has been awarded a Canadian Military Government Contract valued at $1.6 million for the supply of 30,000 Lithium-Sulphur Dioxide battery packs in support of the various radio network and artillery support systems.
