Kaycom's mission is to provide military equipment/systems and replacement parts for the international market with quality material and products which meet or exceed contract/order requirements and customer expectations. Our largest customer is the Canadian Armed Forces.

We are committed to continuous quality improvement in all areas of our operations, which is achieved through constant review of our quality system by management.

Vision

Kaycom's vision is to develop long-term relationships with our customers and suppliers, as well as, to be vigilant in our integrity to meet the highest ethical standards in all areas of the business.

When a contract/order is placed with Kaycom our customers can expect:

  • An honest and accurate expected delivery date (EDD)
  • To be kept informed on the progress of their contract/order
  • A fair and realistic pricing policy

Kaycom is proud of our recent appointment as the exclusive Canadian representative for Leafield Logistics and Technical Services (LLTS), a UK based firm that specializes in providing Naval spare parts and overhaul program support for the Victoria Class Submarine. Kaycom is also proud to announce our recent appointment to represent Milfoam ltd, a Finish based firm specializing in barrel cleaning solutions. Kaycom will also be exhibiting at CANSEC 2010.
