Kaycom promotes and supports military and security products and services through the complete life cycle, from needs assessment through development, delivery and in-service support. We maintain close ongoing contact with the various customer operational, technical and procurement personnel to anticipate future needs relevant to our clients. Our experienced contracts administrators act as a liaison and single point of contact with our customers throughout the entire process ensuring consistency and continuity. We also offer warehousing and distribution services to support high priority and just in time needs.

Designing market-specific sales plans

We provide a consistent and cohesive presence in the Canadian defence, security and government market. We are proactive, rather than simply responding to opportunities that arise. Our efforts are based on a market-specific sales plan that we develop with you, and which we jointly update on a regular basis as needs evolve.

Contributing to product customization and development

A key Kaycom service is the provision of technical support to assist clients to customize their products and services to meet the particular requirements of Canadian customers. As defence needs evolve to meet rapidly changing threats, suppliers that can understand and respond to changing operational requirements in a timely manner have a distinct advantage.
